Though there exists a free stroke order font for Kanji, none seems to exist for Chinese characters. I started developing one based off the freely available AR PL UKai and Terminus fonts. It's still in it's infancy and the primary purpose for now is to have it incorporate all the HSK and most common Chinese fonts. In case the character has not been annotated it just represents the unchanged character. You can download version 0.0.2 (HSK1 and 2 complete) here.
